We allow refund provided you notify Mafastela within 24 hour after receiving your item to request a exchange provided:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also
- You have to request exchange / refund via Mafastela email address email@example.com within 24 hours from receiving the items;
- Process the payment for courier collection as per your order, please see Bank details ( Bank - FNB; Account Holder - Mafastela eyewear (Pty) Ltd; Account Number - 62858587573 ) please use your name and surname with reference;
- Once we the money reflects in Mafastela account we will book a collection at address as per your order.
- After examining the article, we will inform you of whether you have the right to exchange or refund
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold exchange / refund until we have received the goods back.
- Please note the cost of shipment is not refundable.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange/refund was approved or not.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
