Return Policy
We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@mafastela.com. If you meet the return requirements, our sales coordinator will arrange product collection at the address linked to your order. You will be liable for shipping costs, except for defective items.
Once Mafastela receives the product(s) in original condition and packaging, we will process the refund. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Fee & Shipping Costs
All refunds are subject to a refund fee between 75 to 120 Rands. Additionally, all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items and gift cards
If you have concerns about whether your item is returnable, please contact us before making a return request.
Exchanges
We have a 1-day exchange policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange. Kindly follow the same process as mentioned under the return policy.
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at shop@mafastela.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet the return conditions mentioned above.
